JLCC Loyalty Points

Enjoy more value every time you shop with JLCC. Our Loyalty Points Program rewards customers for their eligible purchases, whether shopping through our website, Live Selling, or visiting our showroom.

How It Works

Earn 1% in Loyalty Points

Earn loyalty points equivalent to 1% of your eligible purchase amount. Shipping fees and other non-item charges are excluded from the computation.

Points Credited Upon Shipment

Your points will be credited once your purchase is fully paid and marked as shipped.

When Can I Redeem My Loyalty Points?

1. Walk-in Customers

Purchases made directly at our showroom are eligible for loyalty points. Once your purchases are fully paid and shipped, the corresponding points will be credited to your account. You may use your accumulated loyalty points toward your next purchases once you meet the redemption eligibility requirements.

2. Online Purchases (Live Selling, Website, and Other Online Channels)

All eligible purchases made through JLCC's online channels, including Live Selling and our official website, earn loyalty points. Once your orders are fully paid and marked as shipped, the corresponding points will be credited to your account.

Redemption Eligibility

Regardless of where you shop, all eligible shipped purchases are accumulated toward the same ¥1,000,000 threshold.

Once your cumulative shipped purchases reach ¥1,000,000, you become eligible to redeem your accumulated JLCC Loyalty Points.

The more you shop, the more rewards you earn!

Important Reminders

  • All eligible website and showroom purchases follow the same loyalty program.
  • Shipping fees and other non-item charges are excluded from the points computation.
  • Each set of points expires one year from its corresponding shipment date.
  • Customers will receive a reminder one month before their points expire.
  • Points may be accumulated before reaching the redemption threshold.
